The efficiency of ultrasonic washing is based on high-frequency sound vibrations, which cause strong cavitation in liquid. Microscopic cavitation bubbles implode on the surface of the workpiece removing soils, grease and other contaminants fast and effectively.
Ultrasonic generator converts the net frequency into high frequency signal. A combination of FinnSonic generator and transducer offers the best performance in industrial ultrasonic cleaning of components.
FinnSonic FSG-483 is a high power ultrasonic generator with adjustable wave characteristics and digital snap-in panel. This technically advanced easy-to-use generator suits well applications requiring consistent high power, like degreasing in surface treatment lines. It's multiple adjustable parameters help to optimize the ultrasonics into your specific application. It's unique Power Booster gives additional boost for tough cleaning applications .
Features
FinnSonic FSG-121 is a reliable medium power ultrasonic generator with Power Booster and Frequency Sweep.
It's unique Power Booster gives additional boost for tough cleaning applications. FinnSonic FSG-121 is available in 30 kHz or 40 kHz frequency.
Features
Ultrasonic transducer converts the high frequency electric energy from the ultrasonic generator into mechanical vibration. A combination of FinnSonic generator and transducer offers the best performance in industrial ultrasonic cleaning of components. FinnSonic offers a full range of standard ultrasonic immersible transducers and a wide variety of mounting types.
All the transducers are available in 30 kHz and 40 kHz frequencies.
The piezoceramic transducer elements are bonded to hermetically sealed stainless steel AIS316L boxes. PZT elements are of sandwich construction. The transducers can be used in new cleaning installations or retrofitted into existing systems to enhance the cleaning effect. We are pleased to help you in optimizing an ultrasonic system for your particular needs.

Please do not hesitate to ask for our custom size transducers should none of the standard transducers below suit your specific application.
