FinnSonic Optima cleans 30 million parts per year at EKK Eagle

EKK Eagle Simrax is a leading Japanese automotive supplier. The company’s main products are seals for water pumps and air conditioning compressors. The company has invested in a new ultrasonic cleaning line in its factory in the Netherlands.

EKK Eagle needed a solution for cleaning complex stainless steel parts after stamping. Components must be totally oil and particle free for the following production steps. Water based process was preferred. These requirements set high standards for the solution.

FinnSonic Optima met the challenge

FinnSonic Optima ultrasonic cleaning line was a perfect match with the customer’s requirements for water based high capacity cleaning of delicate and complex seal components. This specific line was equipped with basket rotation for optimum cleanliness.

FinnSonic Optima line is part of an investment program to build up local component manufacturing to feed the assembly operations.
